and now I want a movie about a ghost becoming increasingly desperate to haunt a family but they have cats and so the poor dear goes completely ignored
You know what we need? More girls doing let’s plays. More girls who get to sit with their friends and swear at video games. Girls pointing out that something looks like a dick and giving the characters ridiculous voices. Girls humanizing themselves in the gaming community. Girls being seen in the gaming community. Whether it’s met with acceptance or people who think girls are “taking over” or “ruining gaming” doesn’t matter, girls doing let’s plays would be really cool to see more of.

StarryKosmik lovely lady, playing mostly very story driven games, and she supports animals!
MissJolly is has a wide variety of talents, starting with voice acting, and painting, ending with awesome make-up skills! She’s a smol, charming ball of rage <3 And plays mostly scary games
OujiaBored is just starting out, but already going bold. She started with videos of her (drunkenly) playing Pokemon Snap. (also on tumblr @ouija—bored go check her out!) [ @alexiadraws is a talented person behind the channel art!]
PastelJei she’s playing mostly Nintendo games (which makes me sooo happy! I love watching ppl play Animal Crossing) and has a lovely voice! Also I admire her thumbnails skill
LickMyCouchPotato has a bit for everyone - she plays scary games, indie games, AAA games. She’s from Austraila and has some great accent :D (also on tumblr - @lickmycouchpotato )
BioBun - The Mother of All. She’s lovely, talented and overall a terrific person. Had a pleasure to play some games with her, and do a podcast or two. She’s also playing a bit of everything, and is very entertaining!
NickyIndie - Lady with a very soothing voice. Plays mostly indie games (her Mini Metro gameplay is so relaxing!)
F.M.D.Gaming - On Briggsy’s channel you can find mostly Undertale right now (which is GREAT, with many of her friends doing voice acting for all characters!), but there’s also a bit of Overwatch, Inside, Plague Inc. and others. She’s also doing weekly streams over here, supporting ASTEP charity! And she has a tumblr @fmdgaming

GamerMD83 - has played mostly AAA titles like Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Witcher. Focuses more on journalism
Pastelle - she’s reviewing Animal Crossing houses and villages, but also has some Overwatch videos. I think the comment under one of her videos best sums her up: “

Lady Lilia - Mostly adventure games, RPGs, and horror games. You can see that she put a lot of work into her channel
Cannot be Tamed - Retro gaming at it’s fullest. Girl does a lot of research and has a really pleasant voice.
Would love if you shared this list, because it breaks my heart when I see them ladies with little to no exposure.

Game Rinse Repeat - a trio of gamers, Jes, Christine and Mark. They do a lot of really amazing games and are probably most well known for doing a lot of visual novel games with some pretty epic voice acting. Please check them out, they never fail make me smile. Wolfy Shinigami - Pretty much a “play what I want channel” Wolfy Shinigami had something for everyone. It’s been a little while since an update but last video was for Dark Souls 3 @wolfyshinigami
xDianaMoonx - Diana sticks mostly with indy games like Never Alone and Read Only Memories. Again, last upload was a while ago, but I’m looking forward to more updates! @starshipdreamr
FemHype - FemHype is mostly focused on their ever growing site as a safe space for women and non-binary gamers but their youtube and twitch videos are always really awesome. @femhype
