I identify as a spoonie, having both chronic and mental illnesses. I’m open about my health because I’ve spent many years unlearning the shame that disabled people are conditioned to feel. I take health very seriously, and when it is something I bring up, it is brought up for a reason.

I am a student at the University of Washington, where I plan on majoring in Community Psychology.
