She harassed a Bath and Body Works in Appleton, Wisconsin on multiple occasions; the most famous one right now being how she called multiple stores in her area everyday for a week. Then the Appleton store finally had the two scents she wanted, but turns out they weren’t in the gigantic fucking size she wanted, so she flipped out on the manager and demanded something for free and coupons weren’t “good enough”, and then in the following video, she says how corporate sent her the two candles in the size she wanted for free, and she acted all humble, like she didn’t want anything for free from corporate. Yeah fucking right.
Another video saga she made against the same company has to do with the fact she doesn’t know what an “even exchange” is. So at the time of the first video, apparently she bought a ton of outdated scented candles when they were 2 for 20, and months and months after the fact she wanted to “exchange” them for different, (Read as: Current, in-season) scents, except the candles were clearance and she didn’t have her fucking receipt anymore, so their policy is, without a reciept, you get the current selling price, which happened to be $1.95, or you can do an “even exchange”… which typically means you can pick out merchandise worth the amount of the product, or choose another item and pay the remaining difference out of pocket. But to this lady, an “even exchange” meant the same kind of candle, a 14.5 ounce three-wick candle for another 14.5 ounce three-wick candle, without paying the remaining difference. According to her, this is BBW’s “Candle Exchange Policy”, which is found NO WHERE on their site, and I shop at BBW occassionally for candles and stuff too, and I have NEVER heard of this policy either. She claims it’s “common knowledge.” So she calls up corporate, and they send her an official letter outlining their exchange policy, which she even reads in a video and says its a “Product for product exchange”, which generally means you surrender your faulty product to get the exact same item, in which the item numbers match. Two different scented candles are not going to have the same item number. But she made multiple videos on this particular incident, which spanned several months, which is quite a ridiculous amount of time to hold a grudge, but then again, this is a person who attempted to return/exchange her out of season candles for full price/current products without having her fucking receipt, so I can’t say I’m surprised.
She can sit there in her videos and act all humble, and victimized, but she is not a victim. She is all about causing drama and monetizing that drama via youtube views, (Which she accidentally bragged about), so no. I’m fucking done with this person and sick of seeing her on tumblr.
