Having a second cup of tea before bed because it’s one of those nights, y'know? Some chamomile with milk & honey is just the pick-me up I need before bed time. =u=

I really just love tea…. it’s like drinkable aromatherapy! ;u;

Stressed? Have some tea.

Angry? Have some tea.

Can’t sleep? Have some tea.

Sad? Have some tea.

Hyper? Have some tea.

It won’t make the problem go away, but it’s such a nice soother that really helps relax and calm me.

Basically, leaf water is nice and you should give it a go if you’re not already a consumer of leafy liquids.
