I’d also like to add that just because a kid doesn’t conform to gender roles doesn’t mean they are transgender. When I was a kid I liked to play with Barbie dolls for a brief period in time and I knew a kid who would dress up as a ballerina for Halloween when he was little with a tutu and all and I have him on Facebook and he still hasn’t come out as anything yet. Some kid’s just don’t conform to gender roles and that doesn’t mean they are trans or anything. Basically, parents who try to force gender roles on their kid suck and they should let their kid pursue whatever they like as long as it isn’t going to harm them in anyway.
