people are paying attention to the hunger games, they’re sympathizing with the characters who rebel against systems that oppress them, but then they ignore it when it’s actually happening and they justify the oppressors and all because the skin color is different

just think of what a slap in the face that is to people who are actually suffering the consequences right now.
