Holly Jolly Low-Sugar Cocoa ;u;

Since I can’t have any added sugar in my recovery, and in general it’s just healthier to eat low sugar, here’s what I made and it tastes AWESOME. ((it makes about 16 oz))

-2 packets of no sugar added cocoa

-12 oz water

-2 tablespoons of sugar free Italian Sweet Cream coffee creamer

Stir it up in a glass measuring pitcher thing with a whisk so no gross lumps, microwave it for like 3 minutes, and put it in a thermos.

It’s aweeeeeeeesome.

Nutritional facts for 16 oz:

-130 calories

-14 grams of sugar

-Like 2 or 3 grams of fat? I can’t remember, but I made it with just water and no-sugar creamer, so that’s almost no fat, I think.
