dyscalculia 101, by yr friendly neighborhood dyscalculiac who is sick of being called a bad friend for forgetting birthdays

i’m sorry if there’s any info i forgot here— lookin over it i’ve already realized i forgot to list some good examples of issues that come with dyscalculia.

disclaimer: in no way do i claim to speak for every single individual with dyscalculia. no one person’s experience with dyscalculia is the exact same, & in no way do i claim to be an expert on the technicalities of dyscalculia. i just thought i’d share my own experience & knowledge to give folks a better understanding of something that’s affected me pretty much…. my whole life?? so yeah.
