Can Christians stop trying to pretend that Leelah’s parents weren’t “true Christians” and shit like that? They were Christians, and transphobia is rampant in evangelical Protestant and traditionalist Catholic circles. Acknowledge that this is a problem and try to combat it instead of just trying to distance yourself from it
