For anyone who suffers from headaches/migraines there’s this app called Migraine Buddy that I found. It’s honestly so awesome and helps me keep a headache diary like my neurologist wants me to.
I really like it, and it’s free :)i suffer from chronic migraines that require medication to manage. so much of my management was tracking and understanding my triggers. this app seems to be a comprehensive approach to dealing with migraines and i’m really happy to see this on my dash. i am very grateful
I don’t see this on the iPhone App Store, but it sounds like a great tool!
