So if you saw my post from like 5 a.m. today, I took a risk and emailed the local LUSH store to inquire about any available positions. To my surprise, the manager replied within a couple hours, and very enthusiastically.

We’ve gone back and forth a bit now and I’ve sent my resume and cover letter, which he was impressed with. The only issue is he is looking for people to work 3+ days a week minimum; I was hoping for 2 ((I know, that’s super optimistic)).

Though it’s a minor drawback, since I would be more than happy to rearrange my schedule some in order to be considered to work at LUSH.

I just responded to him with two possible sets of days I could make work, and I really hope I could get an interview. Even just that would make me feel so accomplished. ;u;

I am super paranoid that I’m being overbearing rather than passionate, but we’ll see…..

Plus I have so much other junk to do today.

I’m just still surprised that I was ballsy enough to email them, and even more surprised that he responded within a couple hours with such a positive response. ;O; My brain is a muddy mess right now, tbh.
