If you only stand up for certain mental disorders like anxiety and depression but totally give the shaft to people with things like DID and schizophrenia, I hate to break it to you, but you’re an ableist sack of garbage.
Carly: Pretty much. We can say we have PTSD and SPD, we can say we have anxiety and depression. Not everyone gets it, but a lot of people can handle it. But as soon as one of us mentions we’re multiple? Even the people we thought we could trust, who accepted everything insofar, react horribly. Suddenly we’re “crazy”. As if we haven’t always been like this.
