In ‘Maximum Capacity’ I don’t think Steven actually saw Amethyst transformed as Rose
I think he just jumps up and sees the TV (theyre reflecting on his eyes and he seems to be looking towards it) so he shuts his eyes RIGHT AWAY (he’s grounded)
that’s why Amethyst IMMEDIATELY turned back and he never says anything like ‘Mom?’ or get upset w Amethyst because I think if he actually saw her he would get pretty upset
