OMGGGGGGG!!!!!!Thank you! ;u; This is my holiday OC, Lethia. A group of us in the cbox have been doing this and basically she was the patron of The Harvest Festival ((her old name was Hestia)) but her sister, the previous patron of Halloween, died in the witch trials and Hestia changed her name to Lethia and took on Halloween!
This is kind of a time line to explain her!
3000 BC - Hestia Hallows is born and is the patron of the Harvest Festival.
600 BC - Hestia follows the Exodus, avoiding having to see the fall of Ancient Egypt.. She is a wanderer around the middle east and even up near Europe for these years, overseeing the agriculture celebrations of the cultures.
5 BC - Hesparia is born as the patron of Halloween, or at the time the pagan ritual holiday.
700 AD - Pope Gregory designates November 1 as All Saint’s Day, and Hesparia takes on All Hallow’s Eve while the pagans dwindle into obscurity. Hestia now resides in Europe for the most part.
1607 AD - Hestia and Hesparia voyage to North America with the Jamestown people, needing to spread their respective holidays to the newly acknowledged land.
1621 AD - Hestia gives birth to Thanksgiving, as Thanksgiving can be the Harvest Festival patron of the North American continent. For many years, Hestia travels around the continents and does her work.
1692 AD - The Salem Witch Trials begin, where Hesparia had been residing. Hestia rushes there in a confusion.
1693 AD - Hesparia is hung for being a witch. Hestia is forced to take on Halloween, and changes her name to Lethia. Thanksgiving continues their holiday in North America, though across the globe traditional Harvest Festivals dwindle into obscurity, especially as the mechanization and commercialization of the globe is sparked in the next century by the American Revolution.
1694 AD - Lethia finds out that Khnum had forseen Hesparia’s death. Lethia distances herself from all other holidays and begins to emphasize the tricking and cursing nature of Halloween.
1800 AD - Mass immigration the United States booms the popularity of Halloween. Lethia begins to forgive Khnum, and by extension begins to speak to the other holidays again.
1911 AD - The tradition of trick-or-treating beings, and Lethia reaches a place of healing over the loss of Hesparia. She is determined to carry on the legacy of the holiday and has finished her grieving process for the most part. Lethia focuses on the fun and jubilation of the holiday instead of the spooking and trickery.

XD Just a few tidbits: We assume the holiday to be born when they’re first celebrated, they age very fluidly, so just as needed. They’re immortal, technically, sort of…? Well, not immortal but they won’t die of aging. They usual have powers relevant to their holiday, but some have more than others ((Lethia arguable has more power than most because she is literally a witch; Valentine’s Day ((Cooper)) can make people fall in love, etc. etc.))
