Life after bariatric surgery: I wanted to eat a whole bowl of oatmeal and not waste any. I also made a pot of tea for the caffeine- just a small pot. It’s been almost two hours. I have a third of a bowl left, and half a pot of tea. I’ll have to reserve oatmeal for weekends. XD Fruit and protein bars can be my weekday breakfasts. Or cereal or smoothies. I’m glad I’m making myself eat, though. I was becoming malnourished again, and losing weight too fast. I’m not at my goal weight yet, but I want to get there slowly and safely.
