O/our Policy on Underaged ANYTHING
There has been a lot of talk recently concerning the sudden surge of people identifying themselves as “underage littles”. Much of this has been done in a “gentle” way because no one wants to come off as sounding harsh.
Look, here is the real deal -
If you can’t buy porn, walk into an adult toy store, or view porn without it being illegal - THEN YOU ARE UNDERAGE BY FEDERAL LAW.
If you can’t register for selective service, you are underage.
No one is being a bully. This is federal law. It is that simple. Check your attitude and entitlement at the door. W/we don’t give a damn about what you identify with until you are an adult because, that’s right, you guessed it, you are still a child!
Federal law mandates that you MUST be 18 to purchase pornography from the store. It ALSO mandates that the legal age to view porn online is 18. If you are not 18..

Tell it to the owner of the porn shop when you are 16 and want to buy a porn magazine. Tell it to the bartender when you are 16 and want a drink. They are going to tell you the same thing -
FUCK OFF! COME BACK WHEN YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE!
There is no debate - this is as black and white as it gets.
If you think you can get away with sneaking in a follow, be advised - W/we look at all new followers individually. If there is ANY indicator, hint, subtle breeze, or slightest doubt of your being legal age, YOU WILL BE BLOCKED.

Age matters and if you follow U/us, W/we will find you and block you. If you are reblogging porn, W/we will also report you as a violation of the ToS agreement that binds every single user on tumblr. There are two of U/us monitoring notes and follows - W/we will find you and W/we will block you.
SFW blogs that encourage or condone underage littles will be blocked just as rapidly. There is no safe place for underage littles. The adults that encourage it are pedophiles. Period. End of discussion.

To Adults who support the assertion that underage littles have a “right” to be part of this community.
If W/we discover any adult followers supporting this, you will be blocked and reported to tumblr for violations of the Community Guidelines and ToS.
