Jack glanced at FET, smiling slightly at her. “Hello again!” he said.
FET: *looks at the steak of purple in his hair* So, it that natural or dyed?
Jack was a bit surprised at the question. «Is it possible to have naturally purple hair?» he thought, but didn’t dare ask. “It’s dyed.” he said, realizing he’d been silent for quite a while. “I got it put in last year, since purple is my favorite color.” he added, not wanting to seem standoffish with a two word response.
FET: Oh, mine grows this way… *plays with the two thick clumps of hair that hang down on either side of her face*
When she insisted it was natural didn’t really believe her, though dared not contradict her. She seemed to have quite the temper, and he did not want to get on r bad side.
“That’s really cool! I wish my hair was a more interesting color than just brown.” he said and chuckled.
FET: *smirked* Mine used to be brown… *has a distant look in her eye*

raised an eyebrow, not understanding what she meant. Hadn’t she just said her hair naturally grows purple? <<So is it dyed or not?>> he wondered.
“Wait… why did it only used to be brown? Didn’t you say it’s naturally purple?” he hesitated before asking, praying he didn’t just step on a social landmine ready to go off. He didn’t know if he could handle someone snapping at him for no reason.
