Jack looked down. “To be honest, I think it was because I messed up our team in this past challenge on accident… I could see why people would want me gone; I was kind of a bumbling idiot.” he confessed sadly. “But that’s beside the point.” he added quickly.
“It’s a shame to see one of our teamies leave for the first time this season, y’know? Though I guess he’s the one I knew the least well, so personally it’s not as bad for me.” he murmured. His eyes then widened. “Agh! That sounded really insensitive!” he began to profusely apologize. “I didn’t mean it like that— I know he was your friend…”
Dylan gave a low hum sound, as he scratched his chin. He finally answered, “Perhaps it was. Either way, this is the point where our game playing skills has to be turned up a notch.”
He laughed a bit, “It’s okay, teammate. I understand completely. In a game like this, the only person you should have your first hopes for is yourself. Besides, it’s not like Fitz doesn’t have a chance to return.”
Jack nodded. “That’s true! It’d be hella rad if he came back. Then the Loose Lips could be reunited!” he said hopefully. “Wouldn’t it be cool if the final two were Loose Lips?”
