Adelia looked out her window, seeing the stars overhead. It was a clear winter’s night, and the crisp air filled her room. She didn’t appear to be terribly chilled though, and if she was, she was far too distracted to be concerned with something as trivial as temperature. The petite young girl was hard at work, scurrying about her room and packing a suitcase which was open on her bed. She tossed in various items, mainly fabric and sewing materials along with the necessities. She worked quickly and quietly, as to not wake the man she lived with. As she packed, she paced over to her desk, turning on her computer. She flipped on the webcam and began to speak in a hushed tone.

"Hello there, internet. My name is Adelia Lavender Beaumanoir, and I hope to be the winner of Total Drama Tumblr, season two." her voice was that of a lyric soprano, yet not so high-pitched that it strained the ears. She paused her packing and sat in front of the web cam, twirling a lock of her light pink hair in her finger. "I’m definitely cut out for this show; I have a purpose that I need to fulfill, and I will work my way to the top and win the million." she said confidently, despite her lack of volume. "I may not look very intimidating, but rest assured, I am much stronger than I look." A knife then flashed in front of the screen before she folded the switchblade and tucked it into a legband under her skirt. "The other competitors don’t see these tapes, no?" she recalled. She then grinned, an unfitting expression for such a delicate face. "I don’t care what it takes to win." she said sharply, her voice suddenly giving the impact of a bullet. "I will steal, lie, maim, and murder to get to the million if I have to. I need that money for my own purposes, and like hell I’ll let anyone stand in my way." She then broke into a sadistic laugh, though she quickly hushed herself. "Well, I would love to talk longer, but I must be going soon. I hope that you’ll accept me; if you don’t I know where you live, Chris." she said in a sickeningly sweet tone before turning off the webcam and finishing her packing.
