15. Do you have any piercings?

No, but I’m entertaining the thought of piercing my left ear. ouo If I ever got a piercing not on my ears, I’d probably do an eyebrow piercing.

I just answered 16 on another ask, so I won’t repeat. xD

58. What are five ways to win your heart?

That’s a tough question! Here are some I can think of off the top of my head.

1. Be into anime/manga/gaming. I’m a huge nerd with all that, so it’d be awkward if my hobbies were lost on, you know? In general, shared interests are good. And if there’s something my partner is into that I’m not, I’d be interested in learning more about it, because what my partner likes and enjoys is hella important to me. :)

2. Be a good listener/understanding/able to handle heavy stuff. I’ve been through a lot and an important part of relationships is talking about who we are and what we’ve been through, and I need someone who is okay with/can handle me talking about some dark topics when I talk about my past. Also, in general, listening is important to me. I’ll always listen to my partner and be interested in what they have to say, and I expect that mutual respect and interest.

3. Don’t reply to text messages with “K”! XD My ex does that all the time when texting and I just don’t know how to respond to it, or it makes me feel like you don’t want to talk or something.

4. I love tea. Chai tea lattes are the way to my heart…. that and I love it when my partner can cook/bake. I love having homemade food; it makes me feel so happy when someone goes out of their way to make me something I love to eat, because it shows they were thinking of me and remembering my preferences.

5. Just be yourself. I want to know you for you. Don’t feel like you have to act a certain way or look a certain way. For one thing, I consider all people of all skin colors, body types, and shapes to be absolutely beautiful. If you like to wear makeup or dress up that’s rad, but I never want anyone to think I’ll like them more or less depending on how they look.

61. What is the first thing you notice in someone?

Hm… probably how they talk about themselves, and how they treat others. I especially pay attention to how they treat their parents.

75. What’s the sweetest thing anyone’s ever done for you?

It’s a tie for me.

a) I have a coping bank (a little box with slips of paper that have activities written on them for me to do when I feel overwhelmed, like “read a book” and “take a bath”), and one day I had my best friend over. I didn’t find this out until a month later when I reached into the coping bank and pulled out a notecard with all these encouraging words and a cute little picture on it. I was so touched and pleasantly surprised. ;u;

b) In my darker days, I was self-harming. One day in biology, my sleeve flipped up, though nobody saw. Well, I thought nobody saw. Later during class, a friend of mine walks up to me. She’s not a terribly close friend, but I’d hung out with her a couple times. She took a sharpie and drew a butterfly on my wrist, and wrote her name under it. (google the butterfly project if you don’t know what it is) After class, I was sobbing I was so just… deeply moved.

76. What’s the sweetest thing you’ve ever done for someone?

I’d say in general how I treat friends when they’re having bad days. A while ago my best friend was having some rough times, so I told her to meet me at the mall. I walked to the store first and bought some sweets and soda, and then I went and met up with her and we ate sweets while she vented to me. Then we went to a movie (my treat, of course), and it was just a lot of fun. ouo
