To me, the scariest part about The Hunger Games is how people in real life react to it. We have toys and makeup lines and media talking about the ‘love triangle’ and it’s so meta in the most terrifying way.
# half the fandom cares more about the love triangle than the theme of the story itself# and if that’s not scary idk what is
