Bro do some 7-11 breathing. Breathe in for 7 counts and out for 11. It will physically calm you down and help wrangle in your nerves.
Put a cold washcloth or ice pack on the back of your neck to get you calmer as well. If you let the physical symptoms reign, it’s going to be harder to calm down.
