I feel really bad sometimes because I've literally typed messages into the chat box and just deleted them because I was nervous to post them. I know that sounds silly because you guys are super nice and everything, but I guess I just get so socially anxious like 'Oh, well the conversation already kind of moved on' or 'No one really cares anyway'. Could someone maybe help me with this? I don't know how, but I really do want to talk on the chat more!!

The best advice I can give is to just press enter and see what happens! XD We’d all be more than happy to chat with you; though I understand how taking that first step can be kind of hard. I lucked out by being one of the first people to actively use the TDT/TDC chatbox so whoever drifted in was already stuck with me, lol.

As someone with anxiety, I know how it can seem like an insurmountable task, but just…. type “Hi” close your eyes, and press enter. Even a simple hi is enough to get you involved in the chat, because when someone comes in with a “hi” we all stop to welcome them. ouo
