AU of Adeline (takes place after episode 8 ends and Bassline is nonexistant)

Caroline witnessed Adelia shoot Cleo with the tranquilizer gun she had. Caroline was curious as to who would be eliminated that particular day as she knew Adelia might have been in trouble. Ever since they had talked before about their problems and goals Caroline felt a strange sensation in her chest. She could feel for Adelia, and she admired her very swift moves. Caroline was so relieved that Adelia wasn’t going home and that Cleo was silenced. When the ceremony was officially over, Caroline walked over to Adelia who was then standing alone as her team mates had already left. “Hey darling, that elimination was almost too close for comfort huh? ehehe~” Caroline said with a slight blush.
