Because it’s adorable and an accurate representation of how an anti-depressant works. I’ve been on them before [not anymore, thankfully.] and what they do is adjust the chemical imbalance in your brain to aid your motivation and stress hormones as well as some other things, but you have to meet it half way and be willing to try and do things. All it can do is boost your mood and make you feel more up to doing things and feeling less like crap.

You can be the happiest person in the world but if you choose to be depressed, no pill can help you completely. I don’t know anything about Amblify, so I won’t speak for it, but I still think this commercial is adorable.
