Five Facts About Owl City

-Owl City is actually just one man, Adam Young.

-Owl City is not Adam’s only project. He has also released music under the project names Sky Sailing and Port Blue.

-Adam Young has gone on record saying that he has Asperger Syndrome.

-Up until about 2010 or 2011, he produced all of his music single-handedly. He wrote the lyrics, recorded it in his basement, played instruments or fabricated the ones he couldn’t play on a computer, and so on.

-Adam Young is a devout Christian, and many of his songs have Christian undertones like Tidal Wave, Galaxies, Meteor Shower, Cave In, and several others. Many songs are blatantly Christian, like In Christ Alone and Light of Christmas.

17. Five facts about your favorite celebrity.

Five Facts About… I don’t have a favorite celebrity. I don’t know a darned thing about celebrities.

In lieu of this, you will now learn five facts about my robotics team, FRC team 4911, the CyberKnights.

-We are from King’s High School in Seattle, Washington.

-We used to be FTC team 3717.

-Our robot is named elGATO because it is a catapult, and Gato is cat in Spanish…. get it? The cat…apult.

-We have about 40 team members in all, with one freshman, a handful of sophomores, and a metric ton of juniors and seniors.

-Our business team leader is getting half of her college tuition paid for by the company that runs our robotics program, FIRST robotics.

18. Five facts about the city/town you live in.

Five Facts About Mukilteo

-It’s a really small town about a half hour north of Seattle.

-We are most known for the ferry dock and Mukilteo Lighthouse.

-There’s a really rad game shop where you can play Pokémon TCG on Tuesday nights, and they hold MtG tournaments regularly as well.

-We have a Lighthouse Festival every year.

-There are coffee stands EVERYWHERE.
