Yeah, you basically start with an empty town and you complete restoration plans to make the buildings of town, and that’s how you unlock different people. It takes forever to unlock certain love interests or characters, but it’s a real sense of accomplishment when you do. I still haven’t unlocked Michelle, the girl I want on my file.

It’s a lot more work than other Harvest Moon games, but like is aid, it makes you feel even more accomplished when you get things done.

Now I want to pick up my current file of Magical Melody again! The only complaint I have about it is that your kids never ages…. But it was the first Harvest Moon game I ever got into, so the nostalgia keeps it up high in my heart.

I got Tale of Two Towns but I haven’t really played it yet. :0 It looks promising, though.
