Hm…well, when I’m unable to avoid being triggered, I have anxiety medication to calm me down. If possible, talk to your doctor about that.
If you’re unable to access medication, what I did before I took meds was I always had my iPod with me, and if I was triggered I’d blast my favorite songs and get out of the situation ASAP.
It helps to be in a solitary quiet place with just you and your iPod. At least that helped me a lot. I hope I could help, and I’m really sorry you were hurt in such a way.
