Because she’s terrible. ._. From the very beginning she’s cruel, selfish, mean-spirited, and the poster child for the stereotypical “mean girl/queen bee”. Although the show did a decent job at giving her dimension, as someone who was heavily bullied in elementary school, she reminds me of a particular person I knew in school when I was younger. She had the same fake cheery attitude as Heather and treated me like Heather treated Beth before eventually backstabbing me and spreading vicious lies about me through school.
So whenever I see Heather, I just cringe because she’s nothing more than a bully in my eyes, and I don’t like that in any character, fictional or otherwise.
ill let u have this argument because if u had an experience with someone like her then u have the right to not see good in her as a character
Yeah I guess it just depends, y'know? But I have problematic characters I like too so it’s all good. =u=; I just harbor a bit (a lot) of personal resentment against characters like Heather. XD
