Game Grumps moment that changed my life a little bit

Danny: I had this cool, uhm, improv teacher named Gary Austin who, like, used to...he was like, "This is gonna help you in improv but also in life. Uh, there's this thing I use every day. It's called the fuck-it adjustment. And the fuck it adjustment is just simply 'fuck it'."
Arin: Woah.
Danny: Yeah. It's awesome. Any time you're like having trouble in your life, you're like "Oh yeah, the fuck-it adjustment!" And you use it and it works.
Arin: Wait so...
Danny: ...Yeah?
Arin: Is there anything more complicated than what I think it is?
Danny: Nope.
Arin: O-oh.
Danny: Just like, "This game's too hard. Better use the fuck-it adjustment...FUCK IT." Play a different game.
Arin: Wait, so how do you use it in improv?
Danny: Oh. Uhm.
Arin: When you have a bit that's not working out you're just like "fuck it."
Danny: Yep. Exactly.
Arin: So you, like, move on or you just say fuck it?
Danny: Yeah. Yeah you just say fuck it just do something good. Dude, it's like do something better don't worry about the shit that's not goin' right. In your life. And in your comedy.
