The cool thing about Fairy Tail is that the filler episodes don’t really feel like filler, honestly. It’s a much needed break from the emotional intensity of the arcs, and I really like it.

Also I love that in Fairy Tail they emphasize how you owe nothing to a family who treated you wrong, and that the family you choose is so much more important.

I generally don’t like action series, but good golly I love me some Fairy Tail. I think this and Soul Eater are the only two action series that really have me invested.
It also helps that both of them have great theme music. //shot//
