The holidays are coming up, and no matter what you celebrate ((or if you don’t celebrate anything at all)) it can be a super stressful time of year.

For my lovelies going to spend time with relatives, remember that you are valid, and you are wonderful, and even if your family is hurtful or unsafe, you are still important and valuable and you can do this. I believe in you, and you are strong.

For my lovelies who have no family to go home to, or can’t afford to go see family, you are still important, and it’s okay. You’re not alone, either. There are a lot of people like you, and sometimes it can just help to know that. Stay in contact with friends and those you trust, and spend the holiday relaxing and having some you-time, okay? You deserve it.

For my lovelies who are worried about holiday dinners, you can do this. It’s really hard when you feel like all eyes are on you, but you can make it through, and you can make it through safely. Do what you need to in order to keep yourself healthy, and stay strong.

Overall, I just want you all to have a safe, peaceful, and fulfilling holiday. You all deserve it. <3
