Common Courtesy of Shipping/Liking a Character:

1. Not everyone has to like that character/ship! Respect other opinions, please.

2. If you don’t like that character/ship, don’t bitch about it! Simply blacklist that tag and move on with your life. Being an asshat won’t fix anything.

3. Analyzing/critiquing a character/ship isn’t automatically hate. Critiquing a character can be done in a respectful manner.

4. If somebody does critique a ship/character you like and point out some flaws, don’t get your panties in a bunch. People are allowed to point out flaws or analyze a fictional character. I promise you, that fictional character’s feelings won’t be hurt.

5. That reminds me- THESE ARE FICTIONAL CHARACTERS. No matter how much you love/hate a fictional ship/character, that doesn’t give you the right to be a dick to REAL people.

6. If you’re going to post hate on a ship/character, don’t tag the post with that character or ship. Seriously. You’re saving us all a lot of drama.

7. If a ship/character you don’t like has an appreciation day, PIPE THE FUCK DOWN AND LET THE REST OF US HAVE OUR FUN BECAUSE YOUR FAVE CHARACTER OR OTP PROBABLY HAS AN APPRECIATION DAY OF YOUR OWN AND I WON’T BITCH AND MOAN ABOUT THAT DAY IF I DON’T LIKE THAT CHARACTER OR SHIP.

8. If you feel the need to bitch/rant about a character, do so in a private chat with someone who agrees with you. So basically, don’t stir up a shitstorm.

If we all just follow these simple rules, the fandoms can be a much happier and less frustrating place. OuO 

Hey so I have this idea where like Total Drama fans can suggest a drawing, and an artist in the fandom can just take that request and draw it instead of one artist doing all requests.

So like there’s just a list of the requests submitted via asks, and if an artist in the fandom thinks that’d be fun, they draw it and submit it to the blog and make someone’s day? ;u; Does that sound fun?
