NGL, ‘Christians’ who preach hate get under my skin so quickly it’s ridiculous. I believe in God and I love Him- I am a Christian. And let me tell you, that even while reading His word and doing my research, I never once felt like I was hated by Him for being queer? Because, here’s some news: God’s not about hating people. He’s really not. Christian or otherwise, we’re all His children, and God ain’t a hateful parent. At all. Literally the entire New Testament is about LOVE. Unconditional, freely given love. You wanna know who the people are that get called out in the New Testaments? It’s the conservative religious leaders. The merchants in the temples trying to make a profit off of God. The people who act like they love God, but turn and use their religion to belittle and criticize others. Not even the prostitutes and the tax collectors ((at the time, tax collectors were HATED by everyone)) are considered bad compared to the religious bigots. Isn’t that something?

I could go on for quite a while explaining everything, but I’ll stop right about here. Basically, all these hateful ‘Christians’ need to open that Good Book they talk so much about so they can stop missing the ENTIRE point of what they proclaim to believe.
